Buying a Shipping Container
We encourage all our customers to call us before buying a shipping container with us, so we can calculate the delivery costs.
Buying
The online buying process is straight forward; you select your container, you pay and the container is yours… but is very important to us that our customers understand that delivery is charged separately.
Verifying
Once the purchase has been made we need to verify with the client the delivery fee and that the drop off area meets the requirements.
Delivery
The way that we handle delivery is we charge $300 dollars for delivery within 25 miles and every mile extra is charged at $4.50 dollars a mile.
If the client doesn’t contact us before purchase, then after the purchase we contact the client to verify the delivery location so we can accurately calculate the delivery fee.
Unloading Container
Another reason why we encourage customers to contact us first is so they can provide us with information about the delivery or unloading site and they way the want the container doors facing. Since we deliver with a tilt bed we need to make sure that we have enough space to back up the truck and drop off the container.
